Chronic Disease Class
  • For those dealing with multiple or various advanced illnesses or injuries.
  • The program is individualized based on your needs. Drop-ins welcome!
  • Wednesdays at 12:15 pm.

Active Older Adult 55+

Classes focus on building a gentle exercise routine that is tailored to your strengths and weaknesses and teaches proper warm-up, cool-down, and stretching techniques. Drop-ins are welcome.

Witness Fitness 2012

Orange City Physical Therapy is excited to offer a variety of fitness classes for all ages and activity levels to help you achieve your wellness goals! Call or stop in to sign up - class size limited!

Zumba

Spice up your exercise routine using hip-hop and Latin dance! Certified Zumba instructor Lee Stover will give you a total body challenge including both cardio and toning. (pay by punch card)

Dates: Monday and Thursday, 8:00 - 9:00 PM

Adult Boot Camp

You will be CHALLENGED! Workouts are a combination of cardio and strength training to improve your health. Pre- and Post-camp assessments included.

Dates: Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 5:30-6:30 AM
April 2 - May 11

Active Older Adult

Refuse to act your age! Fitness class for older adults (60 yrs+). We will focus on balance, strength, and endurance in a fun group atmosphere that accommodates to individual needs and conditions. Drop-ins welcomed. (pay by punch card)

Beginning May 14 & continuing throughout the year

Tone Up

Burn more calories at rest! Toning class focusing on upper body, lower body, and core strengthening! Get ready to feel the burn! (pay by punch card)
